Additionally, our 1850s log home provides a relaxing, quaint, and historic environment to celebrate your love. Lastly, our decorated log home is equipped with a designer bridal suite and groom’s room.

SIMPLY ESSENTIAL
• Up to 2.0 hour rental for 25 guests or less including children – CEREMONY ONLY, Bride and Groom, Maid/Matron of Honor, and Best Man ONLY, NO exceptions.
• Use of lriswoods eighteen acres and log house for photography, Restrooms in Log House
• Bridal Suite and Groom’s Room for dressing
• Use of ceremony décor such as cross, arbor, white double doors, poles with white draping, wooden beam structure with white draping.
• Up to 25 white garden chairs
• Ceremony music-client provides.
• If an officiate is needed- we can recommend someone for you
• Complimentary cupcake with a complimentary toast served in acrylic flutes for the bride and groom

• Six hour rental for up to 50 people
• Use of Iriswoods grounds and log house
• Ceremony and Reception
• Cedar hi-peak pavilion with a 20 foot ceiling complete with white pleated draping, crystal chandeliers, string lights and lamp posts on a 3200 square foot patio.
• Up to 50 white garden chairs for ceremony
• Ceremony props such as arbor, cross, pole draping, white double doors, wooden beam structure with white draping
• Use of either 6 farm tables or up to 6 round tables with linens
• Up to 50 white garden chairs or up to 50 fruitwood chairs for reception
• Table décor includes Lanterns, Birdcages, candleholders, candelabra, bottles, etc.
• DJ- for your ceremony and reception.
• Day of event coordinator for ceremony and planning – the planning meeting will take place starting anytime between 9am and 3pm, Monday-Thursday. The meeting is usually an hour.
• Two- layered white cake with buttercream- Fondant, Ombre, Intricate details, embellishments may be an upcharge.
• Bartending Service with security – Client provides alcohol
• If officiate is needed we can recommend someone for you.
• Buffet Dinner- 2 – appetizers of your choice, traditional salad, two entrees, two sides, rolls, served on clear acrylic plates and silver reflection flatware with serving staff.

SIMPLY ALL-INCLUSIVE
• Rental Time: 12-hour exclusive use of the heated and cooled decorated log house and grounds.
• All-inclusive vendors include: Catering, DJ service, Bridal Cake, Groom’s cake, Florals, Bartender service if needed, staff on site, setup, and teardown of items included in this package.
• Day of Event Coordinator, decorator, and wedding services: Creates detailed timeline and floor plans. Contacts all included vendors and schedules tastings with vendors. Final details of the wedding day are confirmed prior to the wedding day so the wedding day is stress-free. Present for the entire event to direct and execute the timeline and rehearsal.
• Dressing areas: Fully decorated suite with a 4-person vanity, an antique dresser, and a restroom upstairs. Downstairs room with large screen TV, refrigerator, and restroom
• Ceremony sites: Choice of the wooden beam with draping, white pole draping, wooden cross, or wooden triangle. Shaded front lawn with flagstone pathway and stamped concrete patio. Shaded side lawn area facing farmland. Lower pasture. White padded garden chairs. Sign in table.
• Ceremony props: such as arbor, cross, pole draping, white double doors, wooden beam structure with white draping
• Reception includes draping and lighting: Cedar hi-peak pavilion with a 20-foot ceiling complete with white pleated draping, crystal chandeliers, string lights, and lamp posts on a stamped concrete 3200 square foot patio. Wooden doors that can be closed for cooler nights with heat. White padded garden chairs or fruit wood chairs. Combination of farm tables and round tables for guests with white, ivory, or black floor-length linens or all round tables with linens. Sweetheart table and/or head table set up with white, ivory, or black floor length linens. Antique Ivory cake table and Gray Buffet tables. Accent tables for a photo table, favors, memory, etc. Three cocktail tables with floor-length linens with sashes, an appetizer table. Large built in bar on our covered patio with string lights. Accent landscape lightening and string lights. Men’s and women’s restrooms inside the pavilion.
• 2-hour bridal or engagement photography session on another day during the week based on availability with use of the grounds and log house.
• Handicap ramp/Handicap parking
• Large Lot for parking with sign and attendant
• Golf cart at the large lot
• Dedicated event and catering staff for the duration of the event
• Send off with sparklers (barring no burn ban restrictions/high wind) or bubbles are allowed.
• Four hours of security for reception, any additional hours, $50 per hour
• Full-Service Catering includes a tasting! Option of Traditional Style, Mexican, Italian, Barbeque, Brunch, or customized buffet. All meals include two (2) appetizers, traditional salad, two (2) entrees, two (2) sides, rolls, and teas.
• Includes all chafers/serving platters, clear acrylic items (9″ dinner plates, 6″ dessert plates) Silver Reflections cutlery, white napkins, 16 oz. acrylic cups/ice.
• Professional wait staff for 4 hours of active service to clear guests’ tables and remove all trash to the designated area.
• Buffet décor included
• DJ Service: Includes professionally customized 5.0 hours of active playing time to include emcee and lighting. Includes ceremony site and reception site set up.
• Wedding and Groom’s cake: Beautiful customized layered buttercream wedding cakes, your choice of cake flavors and icing, plus a groom’s cake, includes a tasting! Mini desserts can be substituted for the bridal/groom’s cake. Cake cutting included. (Fondant, Ombre, Intricate details, and embellishments may be an upcharge.)
• Full-Service Decorator and decor: A decorator to take your reception and ceremony ideas and set them up accordingly. Use of vintage and contemporary collections of large and small props and decor-email for details
• Floral Design: Work with our in-house floral designer. All your floral needs will be done in-house. There is a $550 floral allowance included in this package. For example only, the allowance may be used toward a bridal bouquet, groom’s boutonniere, 3 bridesmaid bouquets, 3 groomsmen boutonnieres, 2 mother corsages, and 2 father boutonnieres.
• Bartending Service: Bartending service for reception up to 4 hours of active service. One ABC licensed
bartender (Client provided alcohol and cups) We provide ice. Additional bartenders may be acquired for $250 each.

• Tablescape to include china, glassware, flatware, charges, runners, and cloth napkins: Rentals are through our preferred vendor Grand Central Party Rental. In addition to their rental fees, there is a $3.50 pp venue fee.
• Social Booth: $700, 4 hours use of a social booth with attendant, Personalized backdrop with props, Unlimited printed photos with links to images after the event.
• Stringed Musician: $400 classical guitarist or violinist, 30 minutes of playing time during the ceremony or appetizer time
• Departure Car: $900-Antique car with chauffeur
• Coffee and Hot Chocolate Bar: $3.00 per person, set up with assorted creamers and syrups served in white coffee paper cups on a wooden beverage table.
• Passed Champagne Toast: $3.00 per person, including the passing of champagne in acrylic flutes by wait staff. The client provides champagne.
• Artist: $75- includes up to 6 chalkboards and mirrors with your personal quotes.
*Only beer, wine, champagne, seltzers, and liquor for signature drinks are permitted. No shots allowed. All rehearsals will be the morning of the wedding. All the guest numbers include all the bridal party and children. 9.75% sales tax will be added to the final invoice.
